Giulietta Pinna

An obsessive treasure hunter, voracious magazine reader, and natural macgyver, Giulietta Pinna had a deeply-rooted belief that one day she'd find her way into the world of photoshoots. After living in NYC for a decade, obtaining a degree in Advertising-Marketing Communications from the Fashion Institute of Technology, working for blue-chip art galleries, and becoming a certified level 2 wine sommelier, Giulietta eventually moved south, near her hometown in Baltimore. Despite never having worked in professional photoshoots, and living in a city where the resources were (and still are) limited for image makers, Giulietta took a plunge and opened Limonata Creative in 2016. Offering creative direction, art direction, set design & prop styling, just a few years in she landed roles with local & national editorial publications as well as esteemed brands such as Adidas, Aveeno, McCormick, National Geographic and Pepsi. In 2021 Giulietta opened the Baltimore / DC region’s first and only prop house & photo studio: Prop Up Shop. Since then, Giulietta has traveled the world collecting props for her collection & clients, has advocated for better practices to stylists through her website, and merged forces with her husband, Nate, to include branding, graphic & web design to their services. Presently, when Giulietta is not on set, you can find her foraging for florals, belting tunes by Patsy Cline during Karaoke, and scavenging for vintage furniture for #limonataoriolehouse , a new home she is renovating in the Baltimore area.
