Courtney de Wet

Courtney de Wet

Courtney de Wet is a Los Angeles based prop and interior stylist who loves to mix the old with the new and appreciates unexpected and unique style elements. Courtney was born and raised in Southern California and attended the University of California at Santa Barbara where she earned a bachelors degree in Communications, a minor in Art History, and a love for the beach and irresponsible surfer boys. She eventually made her way to New York City where she worked on the editorial side of magazine publishing for several years, and has since headed back to the West Coast where she now lives with her husband and daugther.

Her passion for styling interiors - something she had always dabbled in - her love of food, and her exposure to the world of magazine photo shoots led her to pursue a stylist career full time. Most days...she feels it was a fabulous decision! “I love working on a food shoot and then switching it up to style an interior—the diversity of projects helps me stay creative and engaged!” Courtney has since worked as a design producer for an HGTV design program and styled for a variety of print and online publications.
