Inspired Salads

We love this story in the new Sweet Paul Magazine, shot by the color junkie Hector Sanchez.  It's a fresh take on the typically mono-colored plate of greens.  Part of the reason Sweet Paul has been so successful is that he doesn't just think in terms of recipes; it's also about the visual elements of each thing he creates.  This playful approach lends itself to more of an artistry in presentation.  The perfect balance of form and function - Sweet Paul is inspired!
